Photos of California countryside
These photos were taken in northern- to central-California, from the Bay Area to the central coast, more-or-less near where I live. The land goes from lush green in the rainy winter to dry "golden" brown in winter. As you can see, I find the repeating rows of the vineyards especially compelling. (Many of these images are for sale as greeting cards.)
